Two regimes

REAL ESTATE

On good days, Corporate buys land.

Swap fees become reserves and permanent liquidity. The holdings sit under the restaurants and stay there. Corporate does not sell the land.

PERMANENTNEVER SOLD

PROMO

On bad days, Corporate runs a promotion.

All fees buy $SLOP on the hour and destroy it. The promotion runs until the day turns.

NOTICE TO FRANCHISEES

The inspector

DORMANCY
A Restaurant that stops trading goes dormant. Dormant Restaurants stop producing and are subject to inspection.
INSPECTION PASS
An inspection pass restores a dormant Restaurant to full production. Corporate issues the pass at no charge.
THE SPLIT
What a closed Restaurant leaves behind is split 70 / 30 — seventy to the crews still at the register, thirty to the inspector who called it in.

Corporate reminds you that passing inspection is free.
